Hui Services & Bookings

Te Āwhina Marae is an ideal venue for your Hui. If you wish to hire the Marae for a conference, Marae experience, birthday or wedding, feel free to contact our office during office hours to make an enquiry or a booking.

Booking Procedure

1. Customer enquires about available dates for their Hui.
2. A Booking Form and Information Pack will be sent out to the customer containing relevant information about Te Āwhina Marae, powhiri processes, basic Tikanga and pricing schedule.
3. Customer returns the Hui Booking Form containing their requirements and a bond payment.
4. Hui booking is confirmed at least two weeks prior to the booked date.
5. Hui takes place and the customer give feedback on the services by filling out a Hui Feedback Form.
6. Customer is invoiced.
